"POST PROCEDURE INSTRUCTIONS!"

Did you ever wonder Why they give you these After the procedure rather than before? I do. There's always surprises about what you can an cannot do but they never take into account what the reality is for that person. Instructions such as "do not bend", "no physical exercise", "don't go into direct or indirect sunlight", "use only these types of products" etc.

I had 2 such procedures recently;  one concerning injections in my lower back and the other was facial laser treatments to remove broken capillaries. The list of do's and don'ts was overwhelming, especially when living alone and with pets! 

When I return to both scenes of the crimes you can better believe that I will make mention of this!
